Plenty of room and private swimmingpool
The house have plenty of space for 8 people. Spread over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. Downstairs you will have the big kitchen, big dining area and living rooms with fireplace. Further to this one bedroom, another bathroom and a wash room with both laundry machine and dryer.
Life lives mainly outside. By the pool in the classic italian sun beds or on the big open terrance. The patio for those wonderful evenings where you can make dinner on the big bbq. Many quite corners If you and a good book (lots of books in the living room) alone.
Be amazed over the beauty of the area. The mountains surrounding the house is perfect for a hike or bikerides. Follow the old rail track from Spoleto to Norcia which is now made into ad path that accommodate mountainbike riders and hikers. The path literally starts at the end of our small road.
The house is located on a small road - recently renovated and in very good condition. You will have total privacy surrounded only by nature.
Umbria is tottered with small beautiful hilltop towns. Cities like Spello, Assisi, Trevi and Foligno are definitely worth half-a-day trip. A 45 min drive and you will find the provins capital of Perugia, always worth a visit.
